Kelly Clarkson (American singer/songwriter) is a well-known American after winning American Idol's inaugural season. In the years since, she's released several recordings from her studio. Three of them have made it to the US Billboard 200 charts while the other two were only one or two inches from. She has been one of the most popular performers on American Idol. She experimented as she gained success with different musical themes and styles, often writing her own songs.
